Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY WEDDING? DO YOU GET BOOKED UP FAST?

      A: YES!!  I DO. I would highly recommend that you reach out to me as soon as you have decided that our partnership is right for you. I currently book up to 5+ months in advance for standard sessions and my calendar is busy with mini sessions that will be released throughout the year. 

Q: WHEN TO PAY REMAINING BALANCE & CAN WE CHOSE PAYMENT METHOD?

          A: YES! You can pay your remaining balance plus tip with Cash, bank transfer, PayPal (PrincessGPhotography@gmail.com) , Venmo (@PrincessGrace), or Zelle no longer than the day of the wedding.

Q: WHEN WILL GALLERY BE READY? CAN I GET A RUSH ON IT?

      A: YES, you can with an extra fee. Usually within 2-3 days after the session, you will be given sneak peeks via email. Gallery of all images will be ready to view within 1-4 weeks.

Q: COULD I PURCHASE MORE DIGITALS AND PRODUCTS?

      A: Yes, you can. Once I show you your finished gallery, I will give you more information on how to order more.

Q: CAN I BRING MY DOG(S) & PET(S)?

        A: YES! Definitely! Some of the locations are not pet-friendly, so it never hurts to confirm with me beforehand, especially for your venueI have had many dogs at growing up myself and family pictures are never complete without them! Please be aware though that the presence of a dog can sometimes limit the number of photos you receive due to the added excitement a dog brings, but we can plan your session strategically to make sure you get the images you hope for.  I will suggest assigning someone for the dogs so that you are able to be hands free for your wedding.

Q: CAN WE MAKE IT WORK  IF IT RAINS?  

      A: Yes, we will make it work snow, rain, or shine I'm there.

Q: WHAT TO DO IF KIDS' & FLOWER GIRLS AREN'T BEHAVING? CAN WE STILL MAKE IT A GOOD PHOTOSHOOT FOR GROUP/FAMILY SECTION?

               A: YES! Can always redirect and make it a positive experience with children. Please remain calm and limit discipling during session. 98% of the time kids WON'T "behave", but the best part is that they don't have to! I will ask them maybe 2-3 times to "smile" but the rest of the time we are playing, moving around, we talk, and we laugh. Being a preschool teacher for many years and having a degree in Marriage, Family & Human Development with an emphasis in Childhood Development, I have some tips and tricks to get them smiling & makes them want to be there. Please remember it's not your job to be perfect in front of my camera. It's my job to capture YOU perfectly as you are, even "misbehaving."

Q: CAN I ASK MORE QUESTIONS?

           A: Yes, of course!

To secure date a payment of $100 is due before wedding day. There is an 8.25% Sales Tax on which ever wedding package you choose.  Transportation via driving or plane will be provided by Bride & Groom. There is a $40 travel fee for clients who live up to 45 miles away from Alexandria, Virginia. For location of wedding/photo session more than  45 miles away, please contact me for a custom quote. Please allow 2-5 weeks for photographer to deliver all images and products.  Sneak peaks will be available within 1-2 weeks.  Extra prints can be purchases via gallery.  There is  10% off Military Active duty.   If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.  I would be glad to answer them.  Here is my number 618-363-2325 (Monday-Saturday. 0800-2100 Hour.
